Description:

Co-ordinated a 7 member Peer Review panel for the concept design of this significant infrastructure project comprising km of tunnelling, 5 new underground stations and significant interfaces with the existing Melbourne metro rail network.

Key aspects of the role included:

  • Technical review of the concept design and risk profile, risk modelling, review of concept design cost estimates, contingencies and allowances
  • Managing inputs from panel members and presentation to Project Control Board
  • Presentation to DTF Gateway 1 & 2 reviews
