Description:

Development of technical documentation, cost estimates, construction methods and project staging for the feasibility study for the construction of the road under rail grade separation of Taylors Road in St Albans, including options assessments, land impacts and lease boundary reviews, land planning and statutory implications for significant gas and water assets affected by the works, local residential impacts including planning around delivery issues and implications for funding, stakeholder management of key transport agencies, review and assessment of impact to existing rail and road assets.

Key aspects of the role included:

  • Relocation of significant Melbourne Water assets
  • Incorporation of a new rail over road grade separation
  • Significant rock excavation in a residential neighbourhood
