Ben has over 15 years experience servicing clients in both the private and public sectors across the civil infrastructure and resource industries. His roles have involved multidisciplinary teams with wide variance in work practices across challenging project backgrounds. Ben's project delivery experience covers a wide range from design management, procurement, design and construct, managing contractor, GMP, Alliance and EPCM.

As a consultant Ben provides assistance and advice to clients in the following aspects of project delivery including, project assessment and evaluation, risk identification, management and analysis, construction methodology, implementation of project controls and bid developments. The primary drivers for Ben's work as a consultant have been the focus on project delivery success and the optimisation of client objectives in the most efficient manner.
