Joris has an international career of over 16 years in the construction industry, serving clients in property development, construction and mining industries.

Joris gained a broad range of skills through various roles in a number of complex projects, including Project Director and Superintendent roles for various projects in excess of $100M. His experience ranges across all aspects of business development, from the initial concept through to detailed scope definition, commercial structuring and negotiations, financial structuring, feasibility studies, stakeholder management and project delivery management.

A successful track record in the initiation and delivery of significant projects in both Australia and the Netherlands demonstrates Joris' ability to successfully operate in multi-facetted environments and to facilitate the path to successful outcomes. Joris was actively involved with the Qld Sustainable Development Committee for various years.

Joris seeks to create partnerships with a vision and collaborative environments that result in added value for all stakeholders. He seeks to mitigate risks by early identification and explores innovative solutions to create optimum results.
