Peter has over 30 years experience in Australian and international engineering and construction in the areas of resources, energy and infrastructure. As a Principal of the Flagstaff Consulting Group he provides specialist-consulting services for infrastructure development and major capital projects in the mining and resources industries. His senior executive responsibilities have included marketing, business development and general management. He has served as Director and Managing Director of both public and private companies and, including Australia, has direct experience of the business and commercial environment in China, South East Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Peter's recent assignments have ranged across internal management processes and governance development for capital appropriation, process re-engineering, strategic and organisational advice for major capital developments, and advisory roles dealing with the commercial and contractual structuring for the delivery of major infrastructure, energy and resources projects.
