Phil has extensive experience in construction, management, project management, property, project delivery and contracts.

Since 1995 Phil has been providing consulting services to the infrastructure and construction industries with Flagstaff or through his own consultancy.

As a consultant Phil provides assistance and advice to clients in all aspect of the project delivery process including project delivery models, construction methodology and planning, estimating reviews, contracts, superintendence, risk identification and management, control systems and probity.

Prior to 1994 Phil acquired significant experience in a wide variety of business, project management, property, construction and contract activities as a senior executive and project manager with major property/construction companies primarily Jennings Construction Services and Dillingham Australia.

Phil also provides "trouble shooting" support, mentoring and dispute resolution assistance.
