Wayne Cole, Senior Associate

Wayne has over 40 years experience in the construction industry serving clients in mining and civil infrastructure. His roles have included site management and estimating.

He was responsible for 17 years as Senior Estimator for the production of civil tenders including obtaining project tender approvals, review of commercial arrangements and possible joint ventures, tender planning, engaging specialist consultants in other disciplines, cost estimations, tender reviews and submissions.

Wayne was recruited to Australia from Canada in 1981. Prior to this he worked in management and on major civil projects in Eastern Canada, including marine projects and hydro and thermal generating stations.

In 2005 Wayne joined Flagstaff Consulting, as a consultant and provides advice to clients on costing aspects of project delivery.
