The Challenge:
Contract superintendent and client representative covering:
- Design and construction meetings and works supervision.
- Monthly payments and claims management Support to the Mercy Health Aged Care operator
- Staging and Sequencing of works with the adjoining Mercy Hospital conversion into apartments
- Interfaces and stakeholder management
- Liaise with the Aged Care Facility Operation, Mercy Health and Aged Care on occupation, transition and operational readiness
