The Challenge:
Project delivery, scoping and construction advice including appropriate contract options:
- Managing the alignment of scope and cost estimates
- Preparing tender documents
- Managing the tender process including preparing tender documents and contractor selection
- Preparation of the construction contract
- Advising the School during construction
The Outcome:
Following the successful completion of the Junior and Senior School Buildings, Flagstaff was re-engaged in to manage a similar scope for the Early Education Centre.
