The Challenge:
- Complex station building and platform interchange upgrade
- Need to maintain an operational station environment throughout the development
The Outcome:
Developed the foundation and concourse construction methodologies within an operating rail environment with various occupations, staging and planning assessments
Conducted the investigation into modular type construction opportunities to reduce on-site works, especially with irregular and complex shapes in various materials
Managed the heritage overlay consideration, stakeholder and rail operator consultation, maintaining access to MURLA tunnels and maintenance roads
