The Roy Hill iron ore project included extensive materials handling and ship loading infrastructure at the port facility. AGC were tendering the train unloading, stockyard area and storage facility at the port.

- To perform first principles estimate for tender – for conveyors and construction of stackers, reclaimers and rail wagon tippler
- To develop construction methods, and conceive construction schedule
The Outcome:
Estimate prepared from Flagstaff’s extensive database of resource costs, production rates and Flagstaff’s understanding of the basics of construction contracting
