- Flexible, multi-use precinct for a wide variety of uses and applications
- Manage site remediation from existing facility use including sheep dips, tar pits, asbestos, oil and petrochemical
- Endorsement and approval process of design by operator
- Demountable equipment design and procurement for livestock and accommodation facilities for the Royal Melbourne Show
