Client: Siemens (USA and NZ)
The Challenge:
- Review the RFP provided by Wellington Energy and prepare responses in conjunction with Siemens NZ and Australia staff on behalf of Siemens USA.
- Benchmark the current operations of Siemens NZ in servicing the existing contract with Wellington Energy and identify opportunities for improvement for incorporation into the RFP response.
The Outcome:
Review of the RFP documentation and develop responses for those areas / issues where Siemens required support
Provide strategic input to the structure of the proposal response so that Siemens could add more value in areas such as Asset Management
Identify improvement opportunities for inclusion in the RFP response
Benchmarking the overall performance of the existing Siemens team in providing utility services to Wellington Energy under the current contract
Sourcing external electricity subject matter experts in areas such as Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, etc to provide detailed input to the structure of the proposal
