Clive has over 40 years’ of practical experience including asset management/maintenance and facilities management services, engineering construction and manufacturing management in Australia and overseas, the last 15 years have been in senior executive roles. Clive has assisted the clients to optimise the performance of their plant and essential assets and infrastructure, improve safety and reduce risk of failures, in the mining and metals, energy, manufacturing and essential services and infrastructure sectors.

Cibeles has over 20 years of practical experience in asset management, maintenance strategy and process design and review. She works with the latest trends and technology to integrate processes and digital systems to deliver excellence and high asset performance.Cibeles has worked in Engineering Design, an international oilfield company performing oil and gas well evaluation and testing around the world.
Cibeles worked in the light rail industry as an advisor for process optimisation and KPI creation in the supply chain space. She is currently working with MRPV (Major Roads Project Victoria) as a Transaction Manager.
Damian Pieterse

Damian has over 20 years experience in the delivery of large infrastructure projects, capital works program, asset and operations management. With a unique background in the private and public sector, Damian brings a fresh approach to the management of complex and challenging problems. Damian has broad experience across the transport and infrastructure sector and has a particular interest in commercial and risk management, transaction advisory, project delivery and completion.
David Moore

David provides consultancy support to clients in the areas of Project & Construction Management, Project Controls and general Project Engineering. David draws from a wide breadth of experience gained over a period of 20 years involved in the engineering and construction industry, principally within the processing (solid & fluids), mining, power, resource and commercial building sectors.
Ian Gordon

Ian has 40 years of international manufacturing, engineering and executive experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset performance with companies such as ExxonMobil, Kodak, Siemens, Meridium and GE. He has led many initiatives in operational improvement that rely fundamentally upon organizational capability in support of the asset performance objective.
Ken Bayliss

Ken has over 40 years’ experience covering all aspects of civil and construction estimating, project management, contract administration and quantity surveying, encompassing major minerals, rail, road, infrastructure, technology and commercial building projects in Australia and overseas including very large multi-disciplinary projects with values in excess of US$ 6B. Ken has extensive first principle estimating experience in both tendering and consulting environments for construction contractors and EPCM consultants.
Michel Lamarre

Michel has solid experience in large project delivery. He has gained considerable worldwide experience in aluminium smelters, nickel/cobalt refineries and alumina projects, beginning with development of maintenance programs and then moving onto positions as Commissioning Manager, Project Manager and Project Director. His main two employers have been SNC-Lavalin for seventeen years, and Rio Tinto for seven years. This has allowed him to gain experience as representative for both engineering firm and owner’s teams.
Sandy Bennet

Sandy has over 45 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering, tunnelling and underground works. Prior to joining Flagstaff, Sandy was the Senior Geomechanics Engineer at Connell Wagner. He was responsible for all of the company’s geomechanics activities for over 20 years. He has performed independent reviews for major projects and insurance underwriters across multiple industry sectors.
Simon Evans

Simon has 20 years’ experience in providing Procurement, Claims & Dispute Resolution, Project Controls and Close Out services for a number of major infrastructure projects on behalf of the Project Client, Government and Contractor / Alliance Delivery entity. Simon specialises in providing project and management services, contractual advise, project risk, project review, and project planning advice. His clients cover all sectors of the industry including government, contractor, client, PMO and Alliances, in either corporate or site-based roles.
