Flagstaff Consulting Group together with partners MBB Group Pty Ltd and Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG), have been appointed North East Link Project’s (NELP) Transaction Advisory team.

The North East Link is Victoria’s largest road project, and one of many firsts for the state.

It will create the missing link in Melbourne’s orbital freeway, connecting the Eastern Freeway to the M80 Ring Road. It will include Victoria’s longest twin road tunnel and deliver Melbourne’s first dedicated high-speed busway along the Eastern Freeway from Doncaster towards the city.

It is estimated, once complete, the improvement in connections will slash travel times between Melbourne’s north and south-east by up to 35 minutes.

The team will lead the provision of transaction services and bring specialist advisory capability to the procurement and delivery of an availability PPP and multiple secondary contract packages.
