- To bring together on co-ordinated proposal across a number of stakeholders
- Develop a suitable working relationship with the potential owner team at UED
The Outcome:
Coordination of the client bid teams ensuring that a comprehensive, competitive and high quality joint proposal was developed, approved and submitted in accordance with the RFP parameters set by UED
Provision of electricity utility knowledge and experience to the team members for incorporation into the final proposal
Sourcing of appropriately qualified external electricity industry experts to assist in the refining of the RFP scope and detailed activity costings
Through ongoing interactions with senior UED management demonstrate that this consortium was highly credible and capable
Ensure that the relevant senior executives within Silcar, Siemens and Thiess were continually updated on progress and issues so that timely approval and support of a final joint proposal was achieved
