- Renewal and compliance works to Hamer Hall and the Theatres Building
- New plazas, podium and pedestrian promenades
- A development on the vacant YMCA site incorporating the existing Ballet Centre Building

Flagstaff provided the Project Director to manage the whole of government planning study and business case submission for State budget funding.

- Managing a whole-of-government, multi-agency approach
- Master plan approach to a precinct wide urban amenity solution
- Providing option study assessments for flexibility in funding and delivery
